Frequently Asked QUESTIONS

Short social reels and cuts (under 90 seconds): 2–3 business days. Full edits with motion graphics (1–5 minutes): 5–7 business days. Cinematic projects, CGI, or complex VFX: timeline scoped per project. Rush delivery is available — just ask.

Every project includes 2 rounds of revisions. The first round covers structural edits (pacing, cuts, order). The second covers fine-tune feedback (colour, audio, text). Additional rounds are billed at an hourly rate.

Standard delivery includes H.264 MP4 optimized for web and social. I also provide ProRes 4444 for broadcast/archive, vertical 9:16 for Instagram/TikTok Reels, and square 1:1 for feed posts — all in the same package unless otherwise scoped.

Post-production (editing, VFX, colour, sound) is my primary service. For filming, I can advise on shot lists, recommend local videographers, or collaborate with your existing footage. If you need a full production package, let's discuss scope.

Yes — modern smartphones shoot excellent 4K footage and I work with it regularly. I'll advise on basic shooting tips (lighting, framing, audio) before you film to make the edit as clean as possible.

Completely. All project communication, file delivery, and feedback happens online. I work with clients across Canada and internationally — location is never a barrier.
